Looks like a sound recipe. I would have used the Cascades as the finishing hop because they have excellent flavor aroma. For an IPA you should really think about dry hopping! 2-3 ounces will give your IPA an amazing aroma!

Just wanted to give an update,

Beer finished at 1.012. Of course, here are some pictures...

I can't tell you how pleased I am with this one (out of the fermentor). It tasted, smelled and looked beautiful. The pictures really didn't do it justice!

Yes, will definitely be using a spray bottle next time.

Learned a few things from this last brew session. Oddly enough, this is by far the best tasting beer but I seemed to have the most amount of mistakes. Such is the joy of home brew...
