2 compartment mash tun

I am thinking of purchasing the following mash tun but have a concern

BEER MASH TUN - 2 Manifolds

Will the fact that there are 2 compartments mean I'll lose a lot of temp due to the head space? I don't have the volumes of the compartments yet but assuming that the main compartment is large enough to do 5 gallon batches do you thing this will work?

Thanks all

You could always fill the other side with hot water equal to your mash temperature which would increase the thermal mass to help hold temps.

Yes. But it seems less than ideal. you'd have to heat more water which would take longer etc. etc. I'd hold off and get a single chamber.
