I like 2.5 gallon batches. I do them on my stove top when I don't feel like a full scale brew day. I use a rubbermaid cooler and a bag. The cooler is the perfect size for 2.5 gallon BIAB.

I have these 2 fermenting now. Galaxy hopped IPA on the left and Dunkelweizen on the right.

Nice fermenters! Where did you get those at, what size are they?

They are 3 gallon Better Bottles. You should be able to get them at almost any homebrew store.
