I brewed my first all grain batch saturday night. I did a take on Orfy's Mild, with a few modifications. Everything seemed to go right. I used BeerSmith software and hit my numbers dead on. Fermentation took off within 10 hours. I checked this morning and it looks and smells awesome. Thanks to all I have learned from on this site.
