I want to make a 10 gal batch and have 13.5 lbs of pale to use up it is old and I need to send it to glass. I also have some munich ,crystal and vienna. Also some extra light dme 6lbs. My question is if I want to use some of the dme in with the pale malt for the base, what is the equivalent of say 1lb of dme to grain. Also I am up for some recipes with this as well. Sunday is going to be in the 40's in maine and I will be brewing.

Figure 1 pound of DME is about 1.65 pounds of all grain at 75%.

13.5# 2-row
3.0# DME
.5# Crystal #20
.5# Crystal #40
.5# Vienna

That should get you to a nice 1.054 APA range.

Don't know your hops inventory so can't really help you out more than that.
