Default 10 gallon rims 5 gallon batches

Just about to move to the next level of whole grain brewing. Built a 10 gal rims with converted 1/2 barrel kegs. Some of the recipes i like are 5-6 gallon batches. Would there be any issues with brewing 5 gallons in a system built for larger batches?
