I have a plan...for making 20 gallons instead of 10 during my next brew day, but it involves mashing for a 10 gallon batch in a coleman extreme 36 qt cooler. Has anyone tried this? I have just about maxed out the cooler capacity before on BIG 5 gallon batches, but I have never attempted a 10 gallon batch. I am thinking of something with an OG of 1.045 to 1.050. Can it be done? I am kicking myself for selling my 70 quart with manifold the spring.
