Default Yet one more reason to let your overheated beer sit...

I brewed my oktoberfest in late august, no temp control, stupid me... def. too much bananananananana ... keg it, let is sit... now late nov. extremely quaffable brew... i read a thread somewhere on here that said... let your brews sit.. the funk won't live for ever... I am now a true believer...

(1) Raspberry Melomel
(2) BlueBerry Melomel

Secondary/Clearing (WhirlFloc)-
(1) Ice Cider (China concentrate on Côte des Blancs) (SG 29.5 Brix - FG 5.5 Brix)
(2) Ice Cider (shop rite concentrate on Côte des Blancs) (SG 29.5 Brix - FG 7 Brix)
(3) Ice Cider (shop rite concentrate on Mangrove Jack's Cider Year M02 with Early fall fuji press juice) (SG 29.5 Brix - FG4.5 Brix)

Bulk Condition -
Pumpkin Ale on Star anise, Cinnamon Stick, and Cardamom

Thanks! I saw it on here somewhere... i used to have cats... love them... anyway yeah yeah! i'm on #4... i was getting ready to toss this batch... have my readheaded step child looking for a place to sit glad i tried it before dumping it...
