Default Will these taps clean up?

I'm looking for some advice on whether anyone here thinks these taps will clean up and be useable.

I've only dealt with picnic taps, so I'm new to the faucets. Any thoughts on if these are a good deal?

I bet they would but it will take some elbow grease, some Barkeepers Friend and PBW and a narrow brush like this http://www.sciencecompany.com/Test-Tube-Brush-775-inches-P6284.aspx and or some pipe cleaners. I would replace all of the plastic parts in them and most LHBS will carry them. I would not bid over $30. These come up for sale on HBT fairly frequently
