you need a bottling wand. you may think you minimized oxidation, but its likely you did not. All that beer running down the inside wall fo the bottle means more exposed surface area, in motion, which is when gas exchange occurs.

I hope the beer is fine, but if it has a funny taste...you'll know why.

The bottling wand is what fell apart mid-bottling
