Default Wheat beer that turned up strong...

Brewed a wheat beer and got higher efficiency then I thought I would get...

Ended up at 1.065 and fermented down to 1.015, being that it is close to 7% I am trying to figure out how long I should let it bottle condition for...

I tried to make a small 2 1/2 gallon so I do not have a ton of bottles and do not want to waste any. It is sitting at around 67 degrees in a dark closet, it is as warm as my house has in the winter.

I am planning on being patient so just want to make sure I am patient enough....

Made of equal parts 2-row and white wheat with cascade and williamette hops.

Thanks for any advice in advance...it is my first all grain batch so.

Wheats are one of those beers that are typically drank young. Age them too long and they may become "Kristal" and you lose the yeast character.
