Nut Brown Ale, I will be keeping it in a cooler full of ice water the whole time so beer temp will be same as in a fridge.
Want to drink it Sunday so what would be the best PSI to set it to?
I'd set it at 30 psi for 36 hours. Purge, and reset to 12 psi. That should be about perfect in 6 days!
