I have been using Carb Tabs for sometime now. Is there any other use for priming sugar in home brewing?
Thanks and Cheers!
Mix it in your wort if you're not going to use it for priming.
Drinking: Russian Imperial Stout
Drinking: Pre-prohibition Lager
In-process: Another batch of Pre-prohibition Lager
Next up: Scottish Wee Heavy
priming sugar is just corn sugar (Dextrose) in premessured packaging. use it like you would corn sugar
It bumps up your ABV without imparting any additional flavor. Just add to wort before fermentation until you reach your desired gravity.
Thanks for the tips. All great advice!
