Default virgin kegger
i kegged my first batch today and had to leave town shortly after, i didnt have time to set up fridge yet so its just sitting in basement at basement temp. does it have to be refrigerated right away or is it ok for a week? i left it with 12 psi and plan to carb it properly in fridge next week.

It'll be fine. It sat in the fermenter for weeks at room temp...
