I just got an upright freezer but the shelves are cooling coils. Anyone have any ideas how to make room for kegs?

I have one like that and just bent the shelves/coils out of the way. Be extremely careful not to bust them as doing so will ruin the freezer. I only paid $25 for the freezer so the risk was worth it.

Here is a pick. It is all one piece.

That is almost exactly what mine looked like before bending - all 1 piece. I removed all the clips that held it to the interior walls and then bent it carefully. It took a while of fennagling but I eventually got it. I then used some sheet metal screws in large washers to secure the coils to the side and back.
