I'm taking a set of corny kegs on a three hour drive in a mini fridge kegerator. I always set and forget to force carb. Should I make any special plans to travel I am planning on disconnecting the co2 hoses before the trip but should I relieve pressure as well I don't want the kegs to arrive flat or over carbed from the bouncing of the trip

No, just like with a bottle of beer you keep the cap on it and it'll stay perfect. Don't purge or anything- just disconnect and go.
