Default Sugar

Unfortunately, I am out of corn sugar for bottling. Can I have equal success using table sugar?

I use table sugar for every batch since I keep it around anyway and it's much cheaper than corn sugar. You need to add a little less than corn sugar, so use a calculator. And try to add it by weight if you can, a cheap ($20) kitchen scale goes a long way when you're brewing!

Yup, I really don't know how corn sugar became so popular with homebrewers. Did it used to be cheaper than cane sugar? I use cane sugar for everything.
