Default Stout tap

I have a second keg of nut brown ale and I have a new stout tap and no stout or porter to run thru it.
Has anyone used a stout tap for a nut brown ale? If so was it good this way?
What other beers would be good from a stout tap?
Thanks.

I have used a stout tap to serve a regular ale (IPA - Nut brown Ale) before with no issue. just make sure to remove the restrictor plate and serve as usual.

Yup. As long as the restrictor disc is removed you are good to go.
