I am really busy lately so im thinking of bottling this weekend as i probably wont get a chance after that. I brewed a brown ale from NB that calls for 2 weeks primary 2 to 4 weeks secondary. I already chose to skip the secondary and just do primary for three weeks but now my schedule got even more hectic so bottling right at the three weeks wont happen. Tomorrow will be 2.5 weeks and my question is, provided my fg is good, what will i cause by all that time lost in the fermenter? I know secondary is largely for clarification but i dont really care about that.

If it's been at FG for at least several days, and is starting to clear, it's fine to bottle it.
