Default Sediment when bottling

I read on the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale bottle that they bottle condition their beer. Yet there is virtually no sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

When I bottle condition, there is always a significant amount of sediment.

How do they do it?

they filter then back mix a ratio to carbonate. sounds like your bottling too early if that much yeast is in suspension, or agitation apon transfer prior to bottling.

so for instance, you could filter 90% of the batch into the bottling bucket and pour the last 10% in unfiltered?

it would be simpler to let it settle for a while or refridgerate to cut the time down, or filter. then add a portion of a pack dry yeast to the batch with the appropriate priming sugar based on the volumes of co2 as the end result. calmly stir and bottle. bam! simple as it could get not force carbing.
