Second bottling day, new revelations?
So I am about to start bottling my "Witzbold Weizen" and I decided to use the idea of the dishwasher rack as a makeshift bottle tree. Well, I found out I could take it a step further and affix the Vinator to the middle post just as you would to the top of the bottle tree! (pics after I'm done bottling). So now the question is, raspberry extract for the whole 5 gallons or just half?
So here is the vinator set up in the dishwasher

And for a victory toast of a successful bottling day, Brett's Bareknuckle Brown ale. 1 week old, carbed, and delicious.
(I know I know, wait longer, but I just had to try it for... data collection purposes.)
