Default Room Temp Bottles
I have run out of space in my fridge to store bottles and have another batch almost ready to rack. Is leaving the bottles out of the fridge at room temperature for three weeks okay?

I store beer in bottles at room temp for years. I think you'll be fine.

Geez- I never put mine in the refrig until a few days before I drink them.
