Default Replacing chrome faucet for Perlick

Will I need to replace the shank as well? Beer lines are standard 3/16"

No you should be fine however it may be better practice to eventually upgrade the shanks to SS...

I JUST did this a week ago. I got an old Kenmore kegerator for cheap that works but the tap handle/faucet was broken. I had bought a different set up and so I switched the faucet out. Little did I know it too was broken and got a beer bath! Looking back it was funny but not at the time.

Off to the LHBS and I paid $10 more than I should have but screwed it on and have not had 1 issue yet! (other than the tower looks really dirty compared to the brand new faucet.
