Default Removing rust from floor Kegerator

What is the best way to remove dust in the corner of the floor of my new/used Beverage Air BM23 kegerator?

I could grind, but it's too agressive and I don't have the tools. I did clean with dishwasher solid soap / oxyclean but it wont go away.

Any super trick to remove dust ?

Edit : Yeah, I meant RUST

I think you mean RUST. try some naval jelly if you can get to the store

or: vinegar will work. so will lemon juice mixed with baking soda into a paste and scrubbed

even a magic eraser might help

or barkeepers friend works really well.

If Barkeeper's friend doesn't work, a sanding flap wheel might do the trick.
