Having used this setup repeatedly for the past week for force carbing, serving, purging various containers, I've adjusted the regulators plenty. After getting to know them, the only gripe I have is the junk gauges need tapping to show accurate pressures and the regulators don't adjust very quickly. For instance, if you want to bump the pressure up 1 psi, give it a quarter turn, tap the gauge and wait a few seconds while the needle moves, fine tune. I wish the needle moved immediately as the pressure was adjusted, there's some lag though.
Other than that it's awesome. I figured out how to mount (semi) cleanly. I used some plastic strapping. Like the metal stuff, but plastic. I simply went over the brass nipple connecting the two regs, fairly tight so it secures closely to the nipple and is barely visible from the side.
