Default Quick Disconnect Will Not Connect

The quick disconnect from my CO2 tank doesn't want to connect to the gas in post on my keg. It fit 2 other kegs I then tested it on, any ideas?

Damaged post? Different kind of post? Try some keg lube on the O-ring or is obviously a different size?

The gas in and liquid out posts are different. The gas in post should have a groove running around the hex part.
