Default Question About Manifolds

I'm about to build a keezer. I have a 20# C02 tank and a regulator for it. My question is if I buy a 3 way manifold, and I want to carbonate my kegs at 12 PSI each do I need to turn the regulator to 12 PSI or 36 PSI ? I suck at physics. Thanks for your help.

Set your regulator to 12psi, and the entire system will be pressurized to 12psi.

It should be 12 psi, as it would reflect that PSI across the whole system, not just one outlet. PSI is PSI.
