Hey PJ, are your Perls all 425's, by any chance?

I ask because they have that sliding "block" at the shank end that the 525 design got rid of. There shouldn't be any problem at all putting a 525 on any shank (well, aside from that whole "teething problem" they had last summer )

Cheers!

You are right.

But - No, all my draft faucets are Vent-Matic Beer Faucets. I do not think they are available anymore.

Ah - that's the design that was the basis for the 425 I believe...

Cheers!

I liked the looks of this so I ordered them off Midwest Supplies http://www.midwestsupplies.com/stain...ct-liquid.html but when I got them, it had the same angled up part as the plastic ones even though the picture is different. They are nice but I'm not sure I'll keep them since I was looking for the true 90. I wonder if they changed them to get less resistance.

I'd looked at More Beer but the Midwest ones were cheaper but I guess not the same.

The Perlick 525's work just fine with that adapter. I have one and use is with my 525 without any issues.

2 to 5 psi. Any more and you'll have a huge foamy mess.

As long as you are just pushing the beer and not carbonating with the paintball tank, it should be enough to dispense 3-4 cornys.
