Default Pulled off a SWEET party keggerator for my wedding!

So many months ago I brewed up 6 batches for my wedding. I made 5gal batches of Coffee Stout, Bobby's ESB, Trois Pistoles, Cascade IPA, and Belgiun Wit fo the wedding. I precarbed them in my home keggerator, tasted them for around a week each, then stored them in my closet for the summer months awaiting mass consumption at my wedding.

I started thinking about how I wanted to dispense this brew over the summer and started with a keg bath in ice with picnic faucets and slowly migrated to a full blown cold plate setup with two towers, 8 faucets, and custom beer stand.

Bobby_M scored these two 4 beer towers to me for the wedding. They are real nice stainless tower boxes with chrome tubes. I went through, rebuild the faucets, and replaced a couple of the rougher looking ones with some new standard faucets I had laying around from my shirron swap. I opted for the plain old black handles... cheap but look great. The cold plate was an ebay purchase. I waited around for a long time sniping on cold plates and finally landed a 7 pass at a decent price. Its a massive block of metal...like 33lbs with nice stainless hose connectors. I got the screw on style taps... so switching from pin lock taps to ball would be simple. The gas line was just a hose and T setup... lots of clamps and probably a bit too much hose. I didnt know what the setup would be like at the wedding so I left some extra hose for play. Its kinda funny how I came across this utility table. I was on my way to an outdoor photo shoot with Penny (we are photographers on the weekend) and it started to rain. I pulled into the first parking lot and called the customer I was going to be meeting. We kept getting voicemail so to kill time waiting for their return call we went into this "unclaimed freight" furniture store that we happened to park infront of. They actually have some really nice stuff in there! Penny and I were walking around and in the corner we scoped out this table. The (i think) maple planks were a perfect fit for the towers, the rear shelf was perfect to hold cups or a list of brew, and there is ample room in front for a drip tray (or drip cups in my case) and some wine bottles. I used a large rubbermaid container to hold the ice which doubled as a wine chiller. One of our family friends is a winery owner and kindly gave us two cases of his various wine from Upstate NY for the party. I yanked my 5lbs CO2 tank out of my home keggerator and hooked it up. I was suprised at how little pressure it took to power this thing. At first the beer was foaming a little so I turned the pressure down. I think after the lines got cold and a bit used the beer smoothed out. it only took like 5psi to power the thing. I was using small 6-8oz tasting cups so a slower pour was not a problem. I think once the lines chill it could easily be brought up to 10psi with no problems. Could be that some of the kegs were overcarbed too. Anyways... so this turned into a book thread... so i'll just show you the photo.

Our family and friends went nuts for the brew. All beers got great compliments, the women were all over the apfelwein, and the guys favorite turned out to be Bobby's ESB recipe. I actually caught the neighbor filling up a growler! She was like... "is it ok??!?!?". I told her its probably the best compliment I've gotten all night on my beer!!

Now the question is, what to do with it! I don't really hold parties much... if anyone is interested in purchasing it shoot me a PM!
