Default priming with liqueur

If you've never tried doing this, it works GREAT. It's much, much easier and reliable than using real fruit or other raw ingredients, and the beers are really crowd pleasers.

Finding this just made things so much easier. Knowing the sugar content of a 750 ml bottle allows you to get it just right. (A little math required)

I've made a hoppy peach cream ale three times, and its incredibly delicious. One of the best and most unique beers I've ever had. It makes #9 taste like ****.

Everyone should try this.
