Default Pour from Stout Faucet

Quick question...Cause I never really paid attention...When pouring from a stout faucet should it pour clear just as with a regular faucet, or should it pour looking like foam?

Since the beer is being forced through the plate in the faucet it should come out foamy and then eventually settle capped with a nice thick head.
