Default Picnic Taps to Beer Faucet Conversion

So I am now ready to move away from my picnic taps and out a real faucet system in with a drip tray. I want this all on the front door of my fridge. Is there any kit or part list that can tell me what I need besides the faucet? I looked and the faucets come "naked" so to speak and I don't know where to start on shanks, connectors, etc..etc...

You'll need a shank to go through the door, tailpiece to connect your beer line, beer nut and washer to connect tail piece to shank and a tap handle for your faucet.
