Lots of head but does not seem carbed all the way

I have it at 38 degrees 10 psi...


I carbed it for 2 days at 30 psi then 1 day at 20 psi. Just set it to 12 then 10psi a day ago.

It'll be better in a few days to a week. It takes a while for it to be perfectly carbed up, but it looks like it's getting there!

I am about to leave town for a week. Is leaving it at 10 psi too low or should I turn it back up to 12?

Try a chilled glass/not frozen, pour the 1st couple ounce out or drink them , then pour a complete pint. I've always noticed that if the 1st couple of ounce are foam, the whole pint ends up being flat. I suspect its becuz you continue to pour over foam instead of over beer.
