Default Long term keg storage

Sitting here and crying in my stein since it is soo f*ckin good and it is the last one: Weizenbock (think Aventinus, Schneider). This was a bottle batch 2 years ago.

Well, I gave up bottling awhile ago since it sucks, and was wondering if I can store this pup for a year before tapping, or if leaving it in the secondary is better until kegging?? I want to store it for a year, and - yes - I do have good temp. control and sanitation.

Looking for the old school boyz experience, not the "gonna, wanna, in-the-process, etc." crowd.

Thanks. Fek!, down to two more sips......

It will store as well in a keg as a bottle given same sanitation level. You need to be sure the keg maintains a seal is all.
