I received a used corny keg today, and the liquid out post is bent on one side. Since I do not yet have the keg conversion kit, and therefore no CO2 to test it, I was wondering if a new post is needed. Any advice?

That post is shot I have a gas post with the same damage there is no good repair. Replace it and save yourself the pain of dealindg with a bad post.

Thanks for the advice--I had already decided to order another post, so I decided to try to bend it back just to see how well that would work out. I ended up cracking the post, so I am definitely in need of a new one.
