After a lager has been bottled and carbonated, do I need to put it back into the fridge or can I store it in a cool dark place like an ale? I made a Rauchbier as a gift and would hate to ruin it for the guy now.
Once done and carbed up it doesn't matter. My lagers get stored in closets right alongside my ales.
