I'm sure this has been asked before...and I searched a little looking for the answer.
After I bottle my Oktoberfest Lager what temp should I let them carbonate at? The temp recommended for the yeast? Or room temp?
if its already been lagered i dont think doesnt matter i would keep um in the fridge in case you need to drink one
I carb mine up at room temperature and then when they are carbed enough, then I cellar them.
