I have searched for this simple answer, but haven't found a clear cut answer. My first time kegging. I have had the PSI at about 8-10 and temps at 38-40. I have been pulling 8 oz samples to test, but here is my question(s):
1). Do I just pour 8 oz with no adjustments to the CO2?
2). Once I feel the beer is carbed to my liking, do I just keep pouring pints with no adjustments or do I bleed the keg and then set serving pressure to desired PSI?
