When adding priming sugar to the keg make sure you use CO2 to purge the headspace. then put about 25 psi on the head to seal the keg and check for leaks, after a day or two this head pressure will have gone into solution. When naturally carbing a keg you will find that the beer will have a much finer effervescence. After 3-4 weeks natural carbing you can just use a couple of psi of CO2 to push the beer. jmho

Thanks for all the info guys. The first beer I put into my plastic keg I just added priming sugar to it and siphoned the beer on top. Would I need to purge any o2 out of this type of fermentor, or does this just spply to cornelius kegs?
