Default keezer temp controller PSA

Playing around with my keezer yesterday putting a T in the co2 line. Pulled the keg out for some elbow room. Put the T in, tightened clamps, put on the new corny connector, test for leaks. All went well, put both kegs in, put the connectors on and walked away. what I didn't notice is that I somehow pulled the temp probe out of my temp controller and it was laying on the ground next to the keezer. Needless to say my freezer became a freezer again and my orange hef that was about 1/4 full froze before I noticed.

Anybody have a decent way of securing the temp probe inside? Maybe a small wire clamp and a short machine screw?

My controller is behind the keezer as is the wiring and the probe never comes out of the keezer.

I did the $15.00 aquarium temp controller mod so the temp probe is just a wire that I put thru the keezer collar. Come to think about it, I can just put a wire staple into the wood on the collar, DUH! not sure why I didn't think about that.
