Default I am having trouble carbonating this batch
So I made a small mistake in my mash had it was up at 160 degrees for the 1st 30 minutes of the mash.

The beer turned out ok but it is very hard to carbonate. I followed my normal carbonation method but the beer was still not carbonated.

Could this be because of the high mash temp?
