Hi all, I'm about 2 keg again for the first time in nearly 18 months and I've forgotten how much glucose to use, tablespoon, heaped tablespoon?

Well, I ended up using a level to slightly heap tablespoon, hope it works out ok
Why dont you force carb?
+1 for the force carbonation. Fast or slow, it is the easiest, most consistent way, and gives the same end result. "Force" doesn't mean fast, it just means using CO2 under pressure. Making it faster just means shaking.
