Default How much for priming a lager

I'm bottling an Oktoberfest Lager tomorrow (my first lager). It's at 39F right now.. Should I warm it up to room temp before bottling? How much priming sugar should I use for a 5gal batch. Is it ok to add about 1/3 of a pack of Muntons ale yeast to help with bottle conditioning?

Or should I not add yeast? Some say yes, some say no. I'm torn! It's been lagering for 6 weeks...
