Is it still not carbed? I still naturally carb on occasion and usually 2-3 weeks does it. This depends on room temp where the keg is and the gravity of the beer. Typically bigger beers >1.070 take longer. How much priming sugar did you use? Mine typically sit at 68-72F and I use 1/2 to 2/3 the amt of priming sugar I would use if i were to bottle it.
