I've got about 20 bottles left from my previouse brew. They've been pretty good, and have been conditioning for about three weeks. If I'm wanting to have them ready for a party in about 3 weeks should I put them in the fridge? I didn't know if it's better to leave them @ room temp. for this whole time, or if it's better to have them in the fridge?
