Default Here is why forced carb kegging works for me

This APA was in the secondary 72 hours ago.

Notice the thick luscious head. It tastes as crisp and creamy as it looks.

Yeah, it's hard to get just the right lighting against a shiny glass object with liquid inside.

It's lighter that the pic. Trust me...it's S M O O T H....

This is a simple recipe. 3 1/2 gallons of 165 degree water for 75 minutes. Batch sparge at 177 degree water in 2 gallons batches and hold each batch for 15 minutes. Repeat until you have 6.5 gallons.

Ive done that many, many times with great results....

however Ive found that waiting that extra week or two really lets the taste come through more from aging.
