Default Helium tank conversion to co2??

Any one know if I can just buy a new valve for the top of a helium tank and fill it with CO2? My neighbor has a 50 pound tank or bigger and said I am welcome to it. Any thoughts??

CO2 tanks have to be tested to 3000 psi. Helium tanks have a range of ratings from 1800-2400 psi. Look for DOT3A on the tank, the four digits after that will give you the rating.
