Default Good deal on CL kegs?

I've got a 2 tap kegerator with two corny kegs right now. I've got room for at least one more keg and tap in my fridge (maybe two). I found a guy selling the following:

2 ball lock cornies
2 shanks and faucets
2 sets of quick disconnects

He was originally asking $140, I only talked him down to 130. Assuming everything is in good shape, is that a decent price?

It depends on the condition of the faucets.

Depends on the area. Cornies are $39.50 here with new o-rings from the LHBS.

Yeah, it depends on what kind of faucets and their condition.
