Default Gasing keg?

Once my keg is gased can I take it off the gas, leave it in the fridge to drink at a later date?? I don't want it to go flat!

By "gased" do you mean fully carbonated? As long as it's been on the gas at your serving pressure for 2+ weeks you should be OK.
