Probably slim to none.
One thing to consider though, if you aren't removing the posts and cleaning them it will catch up to you sooner or later.
If you take off the posts, and pull out the diptube and hold it up to the light, it might surprise you especially if you've never done that.
I take off the posts and clean and sanitize after every keg. It takes less than 5 minutes to do so, and I've picked hops debris out of the poppits often enough to make me glad I do it!
Others may not, but sanitized crap in the post and diptube is still crap.
